- After teaching in Central America for the past 4 years, I am excited to be back in my home town and part of the staff at Imagine Schools. My passion is working with children and using creative, hands-on approaches to teach everyday subjects. I am a 2006 cum laude graduate of Flagler College with my degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in ESOL (English for speakers of other languages). This is my first year teaching in Imagine Schools, but for the past 4 years I have been teaching kindergarten in a bilingual academy in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

At last have I found someone who can answer my question?
I'm growing this plant but I haven't found anyone who can tell me if it is the flower or the root that is used for shampoo. And, if it is the flower, how did you liquefy it?
I tried it once by putting the flower in the blender and then straining the results. It did make my hair shinier but the smell isn't so great. I want to use it again but I'd just like to find out the "right" way.
Thanks for any help you can give me.
